In this episode, Gina Visram shares her belief about the value of a "squad" or multiple squads when it comes to your success. This isn't about what we traditionally think of as networks (that's another podcast for another day, another time) but is about groups of individuals with a sense of solidarity. Both offline (real life in person) and online squads can be sources of information, comfort, motivation and bravery when it comes to particular goals and dreams you have.
